My friend, Lisa, makes THE BEST hummus ever!
I crave it for weeks after I eat it.
I finally got the recipe from her.
You gotta try this.
1 can garbanzo beans-drained and rinsed
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup tahini
1 clove garlic
cumin to taste
salt to taste
pinch of cayenne
juice of 1 lemon
Throw it all in the blender or food processor
and blend until it looks like this:
You can put it on anything but
I like it best as a dip for veggies.
